Our Banquet Room seats from 20 to 100 guests and is the ideal setting for Bridal and Baby Showers, Rehearsal Dinners, Anniversaries, Retirement Parties, Sports Events, Family Gatherings, Business Luncheons, Presentations, or Private Parties of any sort. At Vinny’s Italian Grill we believe great food and celebration go hand-in-hand. We will make every effort to make your event one to remember. So, sit back and let us do the work for you!

BASIC GUIDELINES

Service Menu

For parties of 15 or fewer. Your guests select individually-plated appetizers, salads and Entrées from our in house menu at current dinner menu prices.

Plated Menu Service

For banquets with 18-35 guests or less. Choose selected items from our dinner package menu.

Family Style Service

Allows your guests to enjoy selected menu choices served on platters. Menu items will be placed on each dining table throughout the room as your guests enjoy the experience of an authentic Italian family meal.

Buffet Style Service

For parties of more than 25 guests. Create a variety of choices for your guests From our buffet menu selections categories.

Reservations

Events will be scheduled in advance with our Special Event Coordinator. A $100.00 deposit is required to confirm the reservation for all events with up to 30 guests. A $200.00 deposit is required to confirm the reservation for all events with over 30 guests. Confirmed reservations will be based on deposits only.

Guest Count

A final confirmation of the number of guests attending will be required by noon, two days prior to your event. This number will be considered final and you will be charged accordingly. Otherwise, the guest count number listed on your contract will be considered the final count.

Cancellations

All deposits are refundable 21 days prior to the event date. If a cancellation occurs within 21 days of the scheduled event, the deposit will be forfeited.

Service Charge

A service charge of 18% and applicable state & local taxes will be added to all food & beverage sales. Payment is required at the conclusion of each event; one check will be presented (no separate checks). Cash or Credit Cards are welcome (for your convenience you may use our in house ATM machine).

Miscellaneous

Guests will be required to secure approval before bringing in any outside food or beverages. Special occasion cakes are welcome, however a $ 25.00 cleanup fee will be added to your final bill. Please check with Vinny’s Italian Grill party coordinator first.
